Anomaly was started in 2006 by Las Vegas natives, and best friends turned business partners, Brittney D'Anelli (Sagittarius) and Mary Powers (Libra). Using their special powers combined with the help of cameras and other special powers that cannot be disclosed at this time, they began shooting frames and taking names all over the greater western hemisphere. Both having had their own previous personal photography names, they decided to come together for the greater good of the evil photo world, briefly collaborated with a thesaurus and Anomaly Fotography was born.
Britt and Mary are constantly pushing their creative abilities to the limit, and taking on as many new projects as their 20 fingers, checkbooks and schedules can handle. Young, talented, and more passionate than your grandma's dirty new paperback, they have big plans for Anomaly Fotography, so keep your eyes peeled, because you're going to see a lot of these two in the near future.
...In addition to the fancy shmancy professional mumbo jumbo, we would like to add that we can be explained in one word, that word being “phototarians”. And yes. We made up this word. It’s what we do, don't try to understand; no one ever does.
Mary has just informed me that she wants to be dubbed a “photosaurus” no a phototarian. (she’s always trying to be cooler than me) so, scratch the ‘we’ part before,"Cause that's just going to be the me part"..and since we're both non-meat eating photography connoisseurs aspiring to be the new breed of dinosaur that will probably end up being taken away from the list of dinosaurs that actually existed..like our good friend the Brontosaurus, (sorry man..sucks for you)
We would now like to be referred to “as.."photosauritarians"” yes. That would be the “we” factor. Mary and Britty plus a camera equals an infinite abyss of creative perception, often mixed with Whole Foods excursions seeking PETA approved foods to generate our super hero powers needed to take lots of photographs.
So watch out ye normal folk. Cause we're comin’ to take over your polariod infested world as you know it!
